After the Awakening.

Notes from a life lived in alignment — or at least trying to be.

The Wound That Was Always the Work

There’s a moment every practitioner has where the thing you’ve been circling finally stops being a theory and becomes undeniable. Mine happened on Threads, reading one sentence about Chiron.

I sat with that longer than I expected to.

What Chiron Actually Is

In astrology, Chiron is called the wounded healer. It’s not a planet — it’s a small icy body with an erratic orbit, sitting between Saturn and Uranus. Most explanations stop at “it shows where you’re wounded.” Hers went further, and it’s the part that actually mattered to me: your Chiron doesn’t just show your wound. It shows the literal problem your dream client is hiring you to solve. Not a theme. Not a vibe. The specific problem, named.

Every 50 years or so, Chiron returns to the degree it occupied when you were born. That’s called a Chiron Return, and it’s widely considered one of the most significant integration points in a person’s life — a window where the original wound gets revisited, not to reopen it, but to finally metabolize it into something usable.

I have Chiron in Taurus in the 9th house. And I am in my Chiron Return right now.

Why Taurus Changes the Question

Taurus governs security, money, the body, worth, what it means to have “enough.” The 9th house governs belief systems — what you hold as true, your worldview, the philosophy you build your life around. Put together, this placement doesn’t ask “what happened to you?” so much as it asks “what did you come to believe about worth, and where did that belief come from?”

For me, that wasn’t an abstract question. For years, my life was one financial setback after another — not because I was bad with money (I grew up around it; my mother was a financial planner, my father worked in banking and mortgages), but because I had built my entire sense of worth around someone else’s happiness. I believed, without ever saying it out loud, that the things I wanted most had to come to me through somebody else. Never just through me, on my own.

So I shrank myself to keep the peace. I called it love. It wasn’t love — it was self-abandonment wearing love’s clothes.

I’m not telling you this to blame the marriage, or to blame myself for staying in it. Blame doesn’t release a pattern. Understanding it does. And once I understood it — really saw it — I could finally put it down.

Right On Time

This isn’t just a personal coincidence of timing. Chiron entered Taurus on June 19, 2026, and on August 3rd it stations retrograde at 0°52′ Taurus — turning around right at the doorway it just walked through, before eventually slipping back into Aries in mid-September. Transiting Chiron sitting exactly on top of my natal Chiron, in my Chiron Return, in the sign that governs worth and money — that’s about as loud as astrology gets.

The Thread I Couldn’t Keep Ignoring

Here’s what I’ve come to firmly believe, after nearly 30 years of building businesses and doing this work: my soul gifts are Divine Manifestation and Divine Power. Both are physical. Both are about creation in the material world — wealth included.

I spent a long time trying to build other things, chasing directions that felt smart or safe or more “spiritual,” and the pull toward wealth and worth work kept coming through anyway. Louder every time I tried to override it. It took me a while to stop fighting it and admit: this is what I’m actually here to help women do.

Because I know this pattern from the inside. The chronic scarcity. The guilt around wanting more. The belief that wealth has to be earned through someone else’s approval, someone else’s permission, someone else’s contentment. I lived it for years before I understood it was a mismatch, not a character flaw — and I know exactly what it takes to see it clearly enough to release it.

That’s the work now. Not manifesting more from an old, mismatched identity — releasing what actually blocked the channel in the first place.

She was right. My Chiron did show me the literal problem my dream client is hiring me to solve. I just had to live it first to be able to see it.

If this is landing in your body the way it landed in mine, you already know why.
